On May 1, the Uyut Hotel for 49 seats, located at 9 Oktyabrskaya Street, was put into operation at JSC «Gorodeya Sugar Refinery». There are 27 cozy rooms equipped with new furniture in the renovated building. Each room has comfortable beds, a table, a wardrobe, bedside tables, a refrigerator and a TV. There is also a separate bathroom and a shower room. On the floor there is a kitchen-dining room equipped with electric stoves.

In accordance with the implementation of the measures of the State Program to create a barrier-free environment for the disabled and physically weakened persons, the hotel also provides conditions for people with disabilities to live: a ramp is installed for them and a special room is equipped on the first floor of the building. The cost of hotel accommodation is from 10 to 12 BYR per day.
